Heat kills motors slowly. Keep the can cooler and you get better efficiency, more power and a longer life out of it. Reedy's HV aluminum fan is CNC-machined so it can take a beating, and the silicone lead wires give extra protection against heat. The 195mm extension plugs right into your receiver and runs off BEC voltage. No fuss. It's HV compatible, so on 2S packs you can solder it straight to the ESC battery terminals for maximum RPM and cooling. Mount it with double-sided tape or on your favorite fan mount or heat sink.
