Square body fans, this one is for you. JConcepts brought back the late-70s and early-80s GMC truck lineup for RC. The team started from scratch, with heavy influence from the GM hopefuls. JConcepts fans love originals, so the crew packed in edge and detail to relive that era of traditional, conventional truck design. The early 80s model year brought the iconic square body: a chiseled front end gently swept back from center. The fenders, hood and classic vent windows were all redesigned. A new sloped hood with less rake replaced the old one. Exterior changes include optional headlights and an updated tailgate. The side markers went horizontal instead of vertical, another tell-tale sign of the later generation. The wheel wells are scaled to the original vehicle. For maximum clearance on class 1 and 2 tires or full articulation, you will need to trim further into the fender flares for the tire size you run.
