Blue compound Sprinter tires for SCT 3.0 x 2.2 wheels. The Sprinter fills the space between the popular Double Dees and the other JConcepts pin tires. Its square, angled pins stack vertically, flexing and folding evenly across the tread. The stacked layout wears less and bites harder forward, while the open space lets the car rotate and release quickly. The team built this one for durability and performance on loose surfaces that are wet or dusty. Dirt-oval racing has pushed designs toward mid-motor and laydown transmissions, so the pin style, carcass and outer tread were redesigned to match. Angled pins on the outer sidewall help the tire release in the turns and rotate, both in dirt off-road and dirt-oval racing. A generous radius blends the tread into the body, promoting pin snap and resisting tears and separation. Horizontal traction bars link several center pins for added grip in a critical zone.
