Some motors just don't play nice with the Flow X. Their Hall sensors push signals higher than the ESC can handle, and that's where the trouble starts. When that happens, the start-up sequence gets cut off and never finishes. The ESC then acts up: no throttle response, blue LED frozen solid on, and SET or MODE presses confirm with green but you can't get into transmitter setup or mode programming. No motor drive. This converter drops the Hall sensor signals from the problem motors down to a level the Flow X can handle. That's its only job. It adds no other advantage or drawback and gives zero performance gain. How to run it: 1. Run your motor on the Flow X with the regular Hall sensor wire. If it runs right, keep that wire. 2.
