Chevy launched the 1967 Camaro to take on Ford's Mustang. The original Z/28 showed up that same year as the street version of the race Camaros in SCCA Trans-Am. Z/28s won the Trans-Am manufacturers championship in 1968 and 1969, and that track success built the Z/28's performance rep. The third-generation Camaro debuted for 1982 with a hatchback body. For 1985, the Z28 got a new front fascia, a revised hood with simulated louvers, and fresh taillights. This Revell kit covers the '85 Z28 with those details, plus the L69 5.0-liter High Output V-8 with a 5-speed manual. The 1/24 model also has the L/S Conteur interior, with decals so you can paint it in any of the three factory colors. The all-new decal sheet offers the 1985 exterior graphics in five color schemes.
