About this part
Six crew, all in European theater WWII gear. This U.S. tank crew set gives you six posed figures: commander, driver, gunner and more. Accessories include an M3A1 submachine gun, two types of ammo box and three choices of clear goggles. Decals cover 10 rank insignia and the box markings. U.S. tankers wore basically the same uniform as the infantry, but they had their own tanker's helmet and a warm jacket with fitted sleeves for the cramped turret. Goggles kept the dust out of their eyes, and plenty of crews added hoods and overall-style tanker's trousers to fight off the cold.
