Front one-way unit for the TA-07. With it, the front wheels get no braking force when you hit the brakes, so all the stopping power goes to the rear tires. That makes braking harder to manage than having all four tires working. What you get in return is sharper acceleration and better cornering speed, at the cost of consistent braking. Run it only where hard braking isn't needed to keep the pace, or in slower classes like 25.5, 21.5 and 17.5 motor.
