Rubber band powered trike from Tamiya's Craft Models line. It's built for hitting targets, curling and gate ball. Dimensions: length 193mm, width 72mm, height 94mm. Weight 90g. Minimum turning radius 120mm. Push the rod in to tighten the rubber band, release it, and the one-way clutch drives the trike forward. The rod is marked so you can see how far you've pushed it. Turn the front wheels to steer. The shift lever picks power gear (9:1, faster run) or stamina gear (27:1, longer run). Power gear: running distance 3 meters, traction 190 grams. Stamina gear: running distance 6 meters, traction 45 grams. Use 1 to 3 rubber bands to tune the power (1 to 3 recommended).
