About this part
Panel lines and custom detail with a 0.4mm engraving blade. Tungsten carbide for a smooth, consistent cut. Tamiya makes five thicknesses, so you can match the line to the job. In the box: one 0.4mm blade, 25mm long, 2mm shank. Use it with the 74139 Engraving Blade Holder or the 74050 Fine Pin Vise D and 74112 D-R. Hold at 45 to 60 degrees and pull lightly, repeating until the line is clear. The case holds up to ten blades. The color-coded shank tells you the thickness at a glance.
