17mm narrow wheel hubs for the TKR5580 lightened axles, two pieces per package. On the EB48SL they narrow the track width for a nimbler buggy that's quick to turn. That's best on small, tight tracks where you need max steering. On the SCT410 they let you run standard 1/8 scale wheels and tires without changing overall track width from standard SCT wheels.
