Steel helical underdrive ring and pinion, 24T/10T, for the 1/18 TRA TRX-4M. The spiral cut gears run stronger and smoother than factory straight-cut bevel gears, with less vibration, noise, and wear.

• Precision machined helical spiral cut gears
• High carbon steel construction
• 24T/10T gives a 20% underdrive over the stock 24T/12T, slowing wheel speed for crawling
• Works on front or rear. Most builds run it front and rear together, or rear only to add front digs

• One (1) 24-tooth spiral cut ring gear
• One (1) 10-tooth spiral cut pinion gear

Requirements

• Install per the kit manual
• Medium threadlock (blue) on screws threading into metal
• Hot Racing SPL10G05 high temp grease recommended

Comments

• Replaces the TRA9779 option.
• Overdrive the front axle and underdrive the rear. Pairings include: TRXM9224 front with TRXM9022 rear, TRXM9224 front with TRXM9024 rear, TRXM9222 front with TRXM9224 rear, and TRXM9222 front with TRXM9024 rear.
