A grey body post trimmer built to leave smooth, chamfered posts. Start by fitting the body and setting its height, then remove it. The trimming happens without the body on. TRIMMING STEPS: Place the trimmer on the first post. You can cut 6mm or 10mm, depending on the tool's orientation. Turn the knurled screw counter-clockwise until it comes out, insert a cutter knife or scalpel, then turn clockwise until the scalpel reaches the block at the slot's end. Remove the cut top along with the trimmer, and repeat on the rest. LAST CUT: Put the stud hole over the post and rotate the trimmer about 360 degrees with light pressure to make a 1mm chamfer. If the chamfer isn't right, set the blade gap between 0.2 and 0.5mm from the aluminum body edge. RESULT: Smooth, chamfered body posts.
