The Mamba Micro X2 (16.8V, waterproof, sensored, 4.0mm) is a refresh of the popular Mamba Micro X. Max input jumps to 4s, and it adds data logging and CRYO-DRIVE, which keeps it running cooler and more efficient at partial throttle. Built for weight-conscious rigs or tight spaces. It's right for low-speed crawling or trail running on 2s or 3s vehicles up to 8 lbs, and it can handle more aggressive rock racing and extended hill climbing on rigs up to 4 lbs. Recommended motors: Castle 'Slate' crawler motors (combos available) and Holmes Hobbies Puller Pro 540 'Stubby' (= 2700kv). Heavier rig going for rock racing or long hill climbs? Run the Mamba X ESC. This one still gets the crawling upgrades: active drag brake and drag brake ramp.
