This ESC cage simplifies installing and servicing the ESC in an E-Maxx, E-Revo or Summit. It encases only the ESC body, so the fan stays free to work, and air channels along both sides of the case help keep the ESC cool. The stock TRA setup offers no solid mount when the fan has to come off for wet or snowy runs. With this cage you remove two screws, unhook the fan, reinstall the two screws, and the ESC stays locked tight. A separate on/off switch mount bolts directly to the cage in one of two locations, so the switch stays with the ESC when you service it or move it between vehicles.
