Orange shock shaft guards for the X-Maxx, X-Maxx 8S and XRT 8S. They keep rocks and debris off your shock shafts so the seals survive longer. Each guard replaces the stock shock spring cup and adds mounting holes for a thin, tough shield that rises to the base of the shock body. The back and sides stay open so grit doesn't pack inside. The front shield covers more than 100 degrees of frontal exposure, so rocks thrown from the front tires (or from the guy you're passing) can't reach the shaft. The guards are zero friction and never touch the working parts of the shock. The tubular spring support of the spring cup is lengthened too.
