About this part
16mm AE 5-hole Fat Boys, 2.2mm. Thick pistons choke the flow around the outside and force oil through the valving holes. The 2.2mm version is milled out in the center, so the valving path is only 2.2mm tall. That softens the bumps while the outer height stops flutter and still packs on big jumps. Best of both for low grip. HOT WEATHER (emulsion): Front: 42.5wt AE (550 CST), 4x1.4 & 1x1.5mm Rear: 35wt AE (425 CST), 3x1.5 & 2x1.7mm (3rd hole rear arm: use 37.5 for middle arm hole) COLD WEATHER (below 70F): Front: 40wt AE (500 CST), 4x1.4 & 1x1.5 Rear: 32.5wt AE (388 CST), 3x1.5 & 2x1.7mm (3rd hole rear arm: use 35 for middle arm hole) Precision CNC routed Delrin pistons, sold in Pro-Built sets of 4, hand marked with size on top. Rear is beveled for faster rebound. Reduced clearance and extra Fat Boy thickness cut blow-by on landings for less flutter.
