Comments

• A mini RC emulsion shock depends on a steady mix of oil and air for smooth damping. Fill with quality silicone oil, then loosen the cap to push out the extra oil while the shaft is half compressed.
• Repeatability is the whole game. Use the half-shaft rule: hold the shaft at its midpoint while you tighten the cap, so there is enough air to make up for the shaft entering the body.
• With consistency, the air and oil mix on their own.
