About this part

Hot Racing aluminum diff carrier housing for the front, rear and center diff on TRA 6S and 8S rigs. Ditch the plastic and bolt up something that holds.

Features

  • CNC machined aluminum
  • Blue anodized with laser etched lettering
  • Fits the front, rear and center diff

You will receive

  • One (1) aluminum diff case
  • Four (4) M3x10mm button head cap screws

Requirements

  • Spider gear shaft and spacers (TRA7783), spider gear (TRA7782), and stock gaskets from (TRA7781)
  • Removable blue threadlock on ring gear screws
  • Silicone diff lube
  • Tighten ring gear screws in a star pattern
  • Light grease on ring and pinion gears per TRA recommendations

Notes

  • Replaces the TRA plastic carrier housing from TRA 7781 (and 7781x). Your seals get reused.
