Black rear shock towers for the Slash 4x4 and Telluride, built to take serious abuse so a broken part doesn't end your fun day at the track or the bash spot. RPM's towers are as strong as they can get without adding suspension flex. In a hard crash, the proprietary material gives slightly, soaking up impact energy so less of it reaches the fragile differential cases. It then snaps back to shape almost instantly, which RPM says no other material can do. The large dust cover ribs overlap the top of the differential case for extra protection against dirt and grit.
