This R/C assembly kit recreates the Audi R8 LMS 2008 with a stunning, highly detailed polycarbonate body. It's built on the beginner-friendly, highly customizable TT-02 chassis. Based on the Audi R8 sportscar and built to GT3 rules, the R8 LMS was announced in 2008. It ran a 5.2-liter V10 midship engine good for over 500hp, mounted in a lightweight aluminum space frame. Body sections were modified, and the drivetrain changed from 4WD to rear-wheel drive. From 2009 on, racing teams around the world took delivery and won plenty. TT-02 CHASSIS Balanced shaft-driven 4WD with a longitudinal layout: battery on the left, motor on the right, for excellent stability. Identical left and right suspension arms and uprights make assembly easier, and the gearboxes are easy to maintain. 2 wheelbase options, 2 ground clearance settings, 2 tread setups and 10 possible gear ratios.
