About this part

Hot Racing heavy duty front CV drive axle kit for TRA 4WD EHD trucks. Splined star drive, CNC machined, built to replace the factory plastic axles.

Features

  • CNC machined #45 hardened carbon steel and aluminum construction
  • Replaces factory plastic drive axles
  • Hard black anodized aluminum slider
  • Blue anodized aluminum pin capture rings with rubber O-rings to stop movement
  • Design eliminates the CV pin setscrew
  • Hardened S2 spring steel wheel shaft, #45 steel with black finish
  • Rubber dust boot protects the splined drive from the elements

You will receive

  • Two (2) front CV splined drive shaft assemblies
  • Two (2) M4x2.5x11mm screw shafts

  • Installation
  • Removable blue thread lock on screws threading into metal
  • Light grease on CV joints and shaft slider splines keeps them lasting longer
